She is head of the Master of Nursing Science (Midwifery) program and a head of research cluster on Reproductive Health Research &amp; Midwifery Education. Her interdisciplinary research programs focus on breastfeeding including promoting, protecting and supporting, developing the fast track model toward reducing the maternal mortality, preventing and nursing managing preterm labor, postpartum hemorrhage and management, the referral system and management for a high risk pregnancy, and Covid-19 on pregnancy and breastfeeding.<\/p><p>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 She is a reviewer of the International Breastfeeding Journal, and the Thai nursing journals. Dr.Somjit, a consultant, supports the academic learners and healthcare professions for conducting researches and nursing services.
