She is guided by the principle that, \u201c<em>Being a nurse teacher is the joy of life to create beautiful nurses to serve the society\u201d<\/em>. During her tenure, she has dedicated herself to multiple roles such as teaching, supervising, and advising nursing students and graduates in various degree programs.
