Previously, she worked as a registered nurse working in the operative room at Srinagarind Hospital, Faculty of Medicine, Khon Kean University. Her combined work and research experience provides her with a unique expertise in quality nursing service system development, risk management, nursing supervision, coaching, and nursing leadership Her dedicated roles are teaching, supervising, and advising nursing students and graduates in various degree programs. Previously, she worked as a registered nurse working in the operative room at Srinagarind Hospital, Faculty of Medicine, Khon Kean University. Her combined work and research experience provides her with a unique expertise in quality nursing service system development, risk management, nursing supervision, coaching, and nursing leadership development.
