Her research emphasizes the development of competency of professional nurses through mechanisms such as educational programs to improve nurses\u2019 knowledge and self-efficacy in caring people with life-limiting illness. She is currently interested in research looking at pain, dyspnea and delirium to improve the quality of care in palliative settings.
