Assistant Professor Dr. Sompratthana Dapha is a lecturer in the Department of Education, Research, and Nursing Administration at the Faculty of Nursing, Khon Kaen University, Thailand. Her dedicated roles are teaching, supervising, and advising nursing students and graduates in various degree programs. Previously, she worked as a registered nurse working in the operative room at Srinagarind Hospital, Faculty of Medicine, Khon Kean University. Her combined work and research experience provides her with a unique expertise in quality nursing service system development, risk management, nursing supervision, coaching, and nursing leadership development.
BIO :
Assistant Professor Dr. Sompratthana Dapha has extensive experience working in the operating room before dedicated herself to teaching, supervising, and advising nursing students and graduates in various degree programs. She has additional experience in quality nursing service systems development research such as communication service systems for nurses and research focused on risk management, nursing supervision, coaching, and nursing leadership development.
